We need an enthusiastic business developer with an eye for business opportunities, building and maintaining successful relationships with prospects and existing clients and with an ability to fully optimize and maximize business reach.
Preferred Skill Sets
Preferred Requirements
• 2-4 years sales experience preferably B2B
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in related field, preferably built-environment
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including facilitation of group presentations
• Organized, Independent and Proactive
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint, Access and industry related software
• Basic understanding of the industry, with an ability to develop and propose remunerative solutions for business and clients
• Ability to construct persuasive proposals and reports
• Experience with design and implementation of business development strategy
• Stakeholder management skills and proven ability to manage conflict.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and convert pipeline of inbound/outbound leads
• Proactively identify and convert potential business clients
• Increase Client Base
• Development of growth strategies and refinement of business plans
• Development of business proposals and reports
• Identifying and mapping business strengths, reporting on successes and areas needing improvement
• Researching and reporting on business opportunities and viable income streams
• Setting and tracking business and individual KPIs
• Closing new business and maintaining existing opportunities
Education:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in related field, preferably built-environment.
Sales, PR and Marketing related qualifications will be a plus.
