The successful candidate for this role WILL HAVE A PASSION FOR SALES and thrive on increasing the existing customer base for this well-established and fast growing TECHNOLOGY SOLUTIONS COMPANY through NEW BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT

Building trust with and keeping your client base happy through understanding each Solution on offer, and using facts to propose solutions that benefit them at all times, will be your priority

Key Responsibilities
• Cold calling, canvasing through in and outbound meeting’s, to attain customer base
• Effectively communicate features and benefits of all Solutions and manage prospect expectations.
• Maintain in-depth product knowledge of the service offerings of the company
• Generate Estimates and Quotations
• Assist Sales and Marketing team with the administrative tasks while they are out on the road.
• Enter all sales leads and prospects into Zoho in a timely manner.
• Achieve monthly team targets
• Up skilling.
• Reporting
• Maintain a good understanding of CRM

Must have Knowledge
• Grade 12
• Relative Degree / Diploma
• Must have minimum 5 years’ new business development experience selling IT Solutions / telecom offerings
• Excel, Microsoft office
• Possess a track record of prospecting, qualifying, and managing customer commitment as a part of the sales process.

Must have Skills
• Must have passion for sales and new business development
• Proficient with general office applications.
• Enjoy working with customers and external audiences.
• High energy and drive with good negotiation skills.
• Strong organizational, presentation, and customer service skills.
• Skill in preparing written communications and materials.
• Interpersonal skills: such as telephony skills, communication skills, active listening and customer-care.
• Ability to multi-task and adapt to changes quickly.
• Typing skills to ensure quick and accurate data entry.
