Are you a tech-savvy problem solver with a passion for translating business requirements into robust infrastructure solutions? Join our team and play a critical role in driving innovation and operational excellence. We’re seeking a dynamic Infrastructure and Operations Analyst to act as a vital link between our development teams (tribes and squads) and our infrastructure capabilities. You’ll be responsible for translating functional and non-functional requirements into clear, actionable infrastructure specifications, ensuring our assets are reusable, consumable, and aligned with customer needs.

Key Responsibilities:
Requirement Translation: Convert business and functional requirements into detailed infrastructure specifications for innovation and operational initiatives.
Debicheck Ecosystem Expertise: Leverage your understanding of the Debicheck ecosystem to provide informed infrastructure guidance.
Stakeholder Engagement: Own and manage stakeholder communication, ensuring alignment and clarity throughout the project lifecycle.
Technical Guidance: Provide expert advice and guidance to stakeholders on infrastructure best practices and solutions.
Domain Roadmap Contribution: Actively contribute to the development and execution of the domain roadmap.
Industry Communication: Manage industry communication related to technology and domain applications.
Governance & Compliance: Ensure adherence to organizational governance and compliance frameworks.
Research & Development: Conduct R&D experimentation to explore and validate new technologies and domain applications.
Risk Mitigation: Evaluate and mitigate risks associated with technology and domain implementations.
Knowledge Sharing & Mentoring: Maintain and update the asset knowledge base, conduct internal knowledge sharing sessions, and mentor team members.
Continuous Improvement: Actively pursue cost-efficient solutions, including automation and digitization, through agile thinking.

Experience and Qualification

Technical competency in infrastructure and operations.

Knowledge of governance and compliance frameworks.

NQF Level Matric / Grade 12 / National Senior Certificate.
Preferred: Degree or Diploma in IT.
Preferred: Certificate in relevant Technology or Domain.
3-5 years of relevant professional experience in roles such as Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, or similar.
