Responsibilities
Develop and manage BI solutions (Back-end and Front-end)
Technical, business Analysis and Design of BI solution:
Analysing and documenting business requirements BRS and BRR
Impact Analysis
Solutions Design
Data Architecture
Testing of BI solution
UAT
Functional testing
SIT
Support of BI solution
Problem and incident resolution
Operational Investigations
Technical Assistance
Responsible for the data aspects of the data warehouse (conceptual and logical models of the data warehouse and subsequent data marts / cubes).
Modelling data by applying dimensional and star schema models
Perform source system data analysis and data mapping as needed to perform data integration
Participate in design workshops, providing technical insight and knowledge.
Investigate, analyse, document and correct reported defects (Ad-Hoc investigations and queries)

Requirements:
Advanced Business Intelligence Skills
Strong SQL skills
Data analysis
Relational DB: Oracle/MS SQL, Postgres etc. Virtualisation tools: Cognos, Qlik, etc.
Desired: Experience in Contact Centre Systems Technologies
Desired: Cloud Computing
