Business Process Project Engineer with relevant Engineering Degree and minimum 2 years’ experience in a business process engineering environment, preferably in the Financial Services Industry, required to improve efficiencies of business processes for an FSP, based in Cape Town.

Minimum requirements:
• Industrial / Chemical / Computer Engineering Degree essential
• Minimum 2 years’ experience within the business process engineering environment essential
• Financial Services Industry experience preferred

Responsibilities:
• Improve efficiency of business processes
• Contribute to various business initiatives and projects
• Provide quality internal reporting, improving business process efficiency
• Analyse, report and identify opportunities for business process improvement
• Define, implement and maintain business processes and procedures
• Map and document processes and projects, including re-engineering
• Generate metric for all business divisions of an Asset Management business, with special focus on marketing and information systems
• Manage and assist with ad hoc projects
• Stakeholder relationship management
• Ensure processes governance and consistency
• Identify system, infrastructure and project interdependencies to meet project deliverables
• Ensure technology solutions meet business objectives
