My client, a well-respected retail and wholesale store is looking for a Branch Manager for their City Deep Store.
The person they appoint will oversee the retail side of the operation + a new
initiative they are working on, (Fish production/packing plant)
Requirements:
Must have retail experience, preferably in cold store and refrigeration
Own transport is a must
Ability to work a 10 hour shift
Clean criminal record
Rotational weekend shifts
Leadership/management skills
Assertive
Able to work at pace, unattended and “own the branch” ie income statement/profit and loss account
Work under pressure in a tough environment
Salary is pegged at around up to R 30k negotiable
