Butler | Limpopo | 5 Star Lodge
We are currently looking for a BUTLER to join this ruggedly scenic reserve in the Limpopo province’s Waterberg Plateau.
As ideal Candidate you will have
• Previous experience from 5 star establishment
• Diploma/Certificate in Butler service
• highest level of F&B customer service in luxury environment
• Knowledge in Wine, cocktails and other beverages served, Food, cooking methods and all menus
• Excellent attention to detail, excellent hygiene principles.
• Good communication skills (written and verbal), practicing honest communication.
• Team player with positive attitude, enthusiasm and emotional control.
• Excellent time management and self-discipline.
• Proactive, use initiative and creative flair when required.
Key Focus Areas
F&B service
• Follow procedures for service, sales, expenses and profit goals
• Perform consistent service according to the service standards and be fully prepared for each guest
• Be aware of all menu changes and dietary requirements of the guests
• Upsell and recommend items to the guests
• Obey Liquor regulations
• Support optimal communication between the kitchen and service team
General Service and Guest Care
• Collect all information available on guests prior to arrival
• Collect guest information while speaking to the guests
• Report al guest complaints to the Supervisor/HOD
• Assist in any other department when needed
• Maintain a high standard at all times
Salary Package
