BUYER: INDUSTRIAL HARDWARE
GERMISTON, GAUTENG

This position is responsible for the buying of industrial hardware range of products.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
• Responsible for the buying of industrial hardware range of products
• Minimum 5-10 years’ experience required within a Hardware Buyer job function
• Required to meet with Suppliers and negotiate pricing etc.
• Support all the Branches in the buying of industrial hardware
• Candidate must have experience in a large organization in terms of operations and volume
• Candidate needs to have experience in terms of dealing with a multi-branch network across the country
• Candidate must have solid computer skills and Advanced MS Excel skills - candidate must be required to use the following function, i.e. "V-lookup"
• Syspro experience (advantageous)
- Working Hours: 07:30 – 17:00 Mondays to Fridays and every alternative Saturday and Public Holiday from 08:00 – 13:00 in accordance with a roster system
• Formal qualification in Purchasing / Buying (advantageous)
