Responsibilities:
Source according to Material Requirements Planning (ERP plan) - on time and in full deliveries
Ensure ERP system integrity relating to procurement systems by setting up and maintaining MRP 140 system to lead times, minimum order quantities (MOQ's), pack size, days minimum balance, etc
Confirm stock on hand for direct goods when Planning Department upload Production Plan (different buckets/SKU's)
Improve service levels to internal customers - Marketing, Product Innovation and Technology, production, Planning, Distribution and Procurement
Assist with setting up new item codes, new vendor applications and maintaining current vendors, responsible for the phase-outs, discontinuations, and write-offs of direct goods
Accurate and timeous feedback and follow up and follow up with regard to deviations communicated in the Daily Order fill rate; Planning monthly deviation - Report: Production Ad Hoc SMS notifications. Production: Notify relevant Departments in a timely manner if a critical delivery is going to be late
Ensure compliance with procurement policies and procedures
Manage supplier contracts (SLA's) and improve their performance
Ability to listen and to communicate and to relate to others on a personal or professional level


Requirements:
Relevant Diploma in Procurement/Logistics/Business Management (advantages)
5 years of experience in Procurement or Supply management environment
ERP literate
Computer literate, intermediate Excel skills (Non-negotiable) and intermediate MS Word, Access and PowerPoint skill
