Job Description:

We are looking for Highly Energetic and Self Motivated Call Center Agents with good communication skills around Pretoria for appointment settings.

Candidates must be target oriented, Self Disciplined and able to absorb pressure.

Selected candidates have to perform excellent customer service to our American Clients.

They must be able to work Night Shift.

Candidates must have high Integrity and positive energy.

Live and breathe sales!

Meet daily, weekly, monthly targets.

Requirements:

High school diploma, general education degree or equivalent.

Ability to stay calm when customers are stressed or upset.
Comfortable using computers.

Experience working with tele-sales/Call Centre: 2 years (Required)
