To handle Inbound & outbound calls to customers. Be able to communicate in English and Afrikaans/ African language. Matric
Experience/requirements:
1-2 years in a customer services role. Computer literacy.
Competencies:
Verbal and written communication skills, listening skills, patience, empathy, conflict resolution skills, customer service orientation, accuracy, data capturing skills, interpersonal skills and relationship building skills, time management, able to handle pressure, deadline orientated, neatness, initiative. Interviews will be done telephonically and in person.
