Are you the person in the call center that every client wants to talk to?
My client, a leader in digital banking, is rapidly expanding and we are looking for exceptional Call Centre Agents to WOW their customers telephonically! Working in an inbound environment, you will be taking high volume calls to process transactional banking activity on a daily basis.
As the ideal candidate you:
- Are a South African born citizen
- Have a minimum qualification of matric
- Have have 2+ years experience working in a Telephone Banking Call Centre, with excellent quality assurance scores
- Have a clear credit and no criminal record.
