Call Centre Sales Agent - Inbound
Salary: R6,000 basic with uncapped commissions realistic OTE

Hours: We are open throughout the week,
Mon-Fri 08:30-20:00, Sat 08:30-17:00, and you will be required to work 37.5 hours on a shift basis
The role…
You bring the talent, we’ll develop it!
• You will start with our Learning & Development team with ongoing individual support and development
• You will be handling inbound calls from customers looking to buy their medical travel insurance - NO COLD CALLING
• You’ll be given the training to assess the customer’s needs, build rapport and offer them the best travel policy
• You’ll be working as part of a team of circa 12 like-minded people however you will be given your own sales targets to work towards
• Within the first six months, many of our new starters are earning their basic plus R6,000+ commission per month
