Our Company is looking for Call Centre Agents to fill in the available posts for Inbound and Outbound Campaigns. Candidates with or without experience can apply. Product Knowledge Training will be provided to those without Call Centre experience.

Responsibilities:

• Contact clients to arrange delivery of parcels
• Answering incoming calls.
• Capturing data according to required standard
• Doing follow ups to ensure client satisfaction
• Managing different accounts.
• Handling irate clients in a professional matter
• Providing excellent and efficient service.

Requirements:

Must have Grade 10-12 or equivalent.
Have Computer knowledge.
Excellent communication skills.
Other academic qualification will be an advantage.
