We're URGENTLY seeking Call Centre Customer service Agents - Permanent Position - Foreshore (Cape Town) to start immediately.

MUST be currently living in Cape Town!!!

The shifts are on rotation will you be able to work US Hours – Rotational shift 14:00 – 03:00am
Transport is provided at the end of shifts between (6pm to 3am) – this is for transport from Cape Town central to your home if you reside within 35km from site

Duties & Responsibilities
Will be dealing with senior citizens regarding their health insurance and health cover.
This will also include any claims that was submitted by the customer and this can turn to an irate call.
The advisors will need to be patient and have empathy and sympathy with all customers.
Desired Experience & Qualification
MUST have Matric / Grade 12 or NQF4
MUST HAVE 12 months experience working in a call Centre (sales or customer service).
You also need a clear criminal and credit record.

Package & Remuneration
Salary: R6500 basic+ shift allowance with incentive
R764 towards a medical aid (you can bank it or you can take out medical aid, that’s up to you).
Employer contribution of 5% towards a pension fund.
Location: Foreshore (Cape Town)
