Call Centre Manager Financial Services Cape Town

Our client, an established and reputable Financial Services firm is offering this exciting and new career opportunity within their growing business. You should have a strong understanding of complex selling solutions and have experience selling consultancy, technical concepts, and services. Someone with Home Loan / Insurance / Investments will be a perfect fit for the role. You will be managing up to 15 staff members as well as Hunting for new Business.

Salary: Up to R45 000.00 pm.

Minimum Requirements:
• Minimum of 4-7 years of successful previous experience as a Sales Lead or Sales Manager,
• Business development experience - consistently meeting or exceeding targets
• Must have Bond / Insurance / Financial Services arena experience.
• Bachelor’s degree and / or Advanced Diploma is required
• Good command of English Language
• Must be able to manage 10-15 staff
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Clear Criminal record
