As the Call Centre Team Lead in Johannesburg, you will be required to effectively ensure that all communication and volume received is dealt with and responded to in the required timeframe and manner. You will be assisting customers with betting requests and queries regarding their online accounts. You will be making sure that all targets are met and responding to incoming customer queries via all contact mediums (call, live chat and email). This job entails rotational shift work based on operational requirements of the organisation and its clients.
