Campaign Administrator - Durbanville

We are searching for an energetic and passionate Campaign Administrator to join our team in the Durbanville Hills area. The Campaign Administrator schedules and coordinates in-store marketing campaigns for our top-brand clients. You will be working closely with an Account Manager and ensure the effective flow and timely execution of campaigns from beginning to end.

Key Responsibilities:

Schedule in-store marketing campaigns
Ensure all campaigns scheduled for printing are booked in timeously
Chase artwork and final artwork approvals for all upcoming campaigns
Communicate respective delivery dates to all the relevant stakeholders
Ensure media delivery takes place as per schedule
Ensure all electronic and manual campaign filing is updated
Keep the relevant business units and Account Managers updated on the status of various campaigns in real time
Campaign problem solving
Compile various campaign reports

Minimum Requirements:

Matric/Grade 12
Marketing related qualification (advantageous)
2 Years’ marketing or project management experience
Proficient in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint (Intermediate)
