Car Rental Supervisor – Western Cape, CT International Airport

A challenging role for a Car Rental Supervisor at a thriving business. We are looking for a Senior Rental Agent with excellent leadership skills to take the reins and supervise a busy team. You will be required to manage staff, problem solve, control shift roster, and handle administrative tasks. We need someone who can think on the fly, work independently, and can drive performance and customer service. IT is absolutely ESSENTIAL that you have a minimum of 3 years Car Rental experience is a senior/supervisory role.

Working hours are: Weekdays 8am-4pm and 10am-7pm (alternating week by week) and Weekends Sat and Sun 8-5 (every second weekend)

Job Requirements

3 Years RECENT experience in a car rental - in a senior or supervisory role
Excellent planning and administration skills
Good computer skills (Excel)
Contactable references
Valid Driver’s license
Stable work history
