Car Rental Customer Service Agent

Salary Dependant on Experience + Commission

Now that peak season is on its way and more people feel more comfortable travelling, this large and thriving Car Rental company, is URGENTLY looking for an experienced and thick-skinned CSA to join their team. We are in need of a lively and diligent individual with a good eye for detail, excellent customer service and computer skills that can handle pressure. 1 year of Car Rental experience and the ability to work shifts is non-negotiable.
Your responsibilities will include; meet and greet customers, assisting customers with rental vehicles, check outgoing and returning rental vehicles, bringing vehicles back into stock, parking vehicles in their allocated bays and other miscellaneous tasks.

THIS POSITION IS A SHIFT WORK POSITION | CAR RENTAL EXPERIENCE IS A MUST
