Car Rental Depot Supervisor – Gauteng, Pomona

Our client, a large, successful, and growing Car Rental Business, is looking for a Depot Supervisor. You will be responsible for the daily planning, dispatch and receiving of vehicles, ensuring flow processes and quality standards are upheld and inspection of fleet vehicles for damages. You will also be responsible for supervising staff, shift planning and administration. A minimum of 3 years depot supervision experience in a similar environment (car rental) is ESSENTIAL, as is excellent planning and administration skills (Excel).
Working hours are: Weekdays 8am-4pm and 10am-7pm (alternating week by week) and Weekends Sat and Sun 8-5 (every second weekend)

Job Requirements

3 years Fleet/Depot experience in a car rental environment
Excellent planning and administration skills
Excellent understanding of dispatch in car rental industry
Good computer skills (Excel)
Contactable references
Valid Driver’s license
Stable work history
