Reservations Agent with minimum 3 years’ relevant customer service and administration experience in the Car Rental Industry, required to assist clients telephonically with the rental reservations process. Position based in Cape Town City Bowl.

Minimum requirements:
• Matric
• Minimum 3 years’ relevant experience in a Car Rental/Travel/Tourism environment preferred
• Ability to work on a standby rotational basis afterhours, essential

Responsibilities:
• Assist with and administer car rental reservations process
• Upselling and competitive price quoting
• Manage incoming calls
• Client queries re reservations process and vehicles required
• Vehicle rental reservations
• Processing payments
• Rental confirmations
• Cost and quote on reservations
• Load invoice, process payment and follow up on unpaid payments
• Credit applications
• Statements to clients
• Daily, weekly and monthly reporting
