Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled CCTV and Alarms Technicians Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing security systems, including Gallagher, CCTV, and Cisco Systems. This role requires a professional with over 10 years of experience in the field, who can lead a team of technicians to ensure the highest standards of security and service.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and oversee the installation, maintenance, and repair of CCTV and alarm systems.
• Lead a team of technicians, providing guidance, training, and support.
• Ensure all security systems are functioning optimally and meet industry standards.
• Coordinate with clients to understand their security needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the latest security technologies and trends.
• Develop and implement security protocols and procedures.
• Conduct regular audits and inspections of security systems.
• Handle any technical issues or emergencies promptly and efficiently.
Requirements:
• Certifications: Gallagher, CCTV, and Cisco systems certification.
• Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in managing CCTV and alarm systems.
• Degree or equivalent; additional technical certifications are a plus.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation and willingness to travel as needed.
