Job Description: We are seeking a skilled and reliable CCTV and Alarms Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing CCTV and alarm systems for our clients. This role is crucial in ensuring the effective operation of our security systems and providing peace of mind to our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
• Install, maintain, and repair CCTV and alarm systems.
• Conduct site surveys and assessments to determine the best security solutions for clients.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with security systems.
• Provide training and support to clients on the use of their security systems.
• Ensure all installations and repairs comply with industry standards and regulations.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed and inventory used.
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure timely and efficient service delivery.

Requirements:
• A minimum of 2 years proven experience as a CCTV and Alarms Technician or similar role.
• Strong technical skills and knowledge of CCTV and alarm systems.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Diploma or equivalent; additional technical certifications are a plus.
