PURPOSE:
To organise and control the receipt and storage of all incoming stock, coordinating of shipments to all customers in accordance with laid-down procedures.

KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS:
Supervise the receipt and storage of all stock in the Finished Goods Store
Supervise all picking and dispatching of stock to various customers
Supervise P&A components packing
Ensuring that stock accuracy is maintained at all times
Ensure and enforce strict adherence to procedures and record keeping regarding movement of stock into or out of the store
To ensure that all procedures, policies and security measures are strictly adhered to
Delegation of tasks and duties to subordinates
Maintenance of discipline, morale and development of subordinates
Maintenance of high safety and housekeeping standards in the store

REQUIREMENTS:
Grade 12
Logistics or related qualification
Three years relevant experience
Previous supervisory experience would serve as an added advantage
Computer Literate: Basic Excel, Word & Outlook
Syspro or WMS experience would be advantageous
