Minimum Requirements:
-Presentable and professional Afrikaans speaking individual
-Afrikaans and English first and second languages a must (fully proficient – Afr & Eng client base)
-LLB Degree completed and admitted as an Attorney
-3 to 7 years post admission experience in High Court & Magistrate’s Court Litigation a must
-Post admission experience in Labour Law-, Family Law-, Children Law and Commercial Law matters required
-Fully independently functional
-Able to draft and type own correspondence, contracts, notices & pleadings
-Well versed with relevant Court rules, procedures and legislation
-Preferably non smoker
-Senior Attorneys able to generate own client and fees will also be considered
-Stable employment record

Duties:
-High Court & Magistrate’s Court Litigation
-Labour Law-, Family Law-, Children Law and Commercial Law matters
-Drafting and typing of correspondence, notices and pleadings, legal documentation
-Court appearances
-Consultations with clients
-General Attorney duties
Salary: Negotiable depending on related post admission experience (Market relation – Approximately R 20 000 – R 25 000 gross)
