Half-Day Finance Assistant

Our Client is looking for a “mature-lady” for a half day position with a strong financial background, to assist this busy department with overflow work and ad hoc duties.

Requirements:
• 5 + years of C-Suite Financial Assistant experience
• MUST HAVE strong Excel skills
• Exceptional Communication Skills
• Figure Orientated
• Ability to work completely independently and to report back on financial position of trusts/ property management and personal finances
• Miniscule attention to detail
• Able to make sound decisions on behalf of management

Duties include:

1. Population of Spreadsheets/ Data Capture
2. Compiling shareholder packs
3. Liaising telephonically with external suppliers and town council
4. Working in a highly pressurized / stressful environment
5. Able to change priorities daily/ highly flexible
6. Meet deadlines/ timeline driven
7. Put in extra time, if need be, shouldn’t be a regular occurrence but from time to time may be required
8. Be able to give constant and accurate feedback
9. Good energy, sharp, bright, alert
10. Needs to be a good communicator – talking to people face to face or telephonically not relying on email, to gain up to the minute replies.
