The CEO would be responsible for the strategic leadership, artistic direction and overall management of the organization.

Educational requirements:
• Post Graduate degree or equivalent or business related.
• 5-6 years senior and/or executive management experience
• Prefer someone who come from the Arts and Culture environment or Radio Station

The CEO should have the following competencies:
• Strategic management
• Business planning and design
• Understanding of the public sector planning and reporting
• Demonstratable understanding of financial management, board packs, CEO reports, management reports
• Communication skills
• Analytical skills
• Good interpersonal skills

The responsibilities would include:
• Strategic leadership
• Creating artistic vision
• Governance and operations management
• People management and planning
• Fundraising
