For the successful candidate, some of their duties will include: Strategic Finance, Budgeting Financial Systems, Financial Reporting , Active participation in EXCO and Board of directors meetings, Actively participate in subcommittee meetings, Assist in performing all tasks necessary to achieve the organization's mission and help execute staff succession and development plans, Oversee all departments dealing with direct operational finance inputs, Manage performance of direct finance department managers through appraisals, regular meetings and reporting, Assist managers in creating performance and development plans of direct staff.
