Chef de Partie | Bela Bela | 4 Star Lodge

We are currently looking for a CHEF DE PARTIE to join this Private Game Reserve located in the Bela Bela Region in Limpopo.

Duties and Responsibilities

Chef de Partie will manage the following aspects of the kitchen

Overall preparation, cooking and presentation of all foods
Must be able to do purchasing, checking of goods and packing of all relevant storage facilities
Constantly improving the dining experience at the lodge with creative and fresh ideas
Monitoring and controlling stock levels
Must be strong in food stock control and keep wastage to an absolute minimum
Correct stock rotation procedures are followed
Guest centric ensuring great experiences
Innovative and creative: to drive hospitality at the lodge to new levels
Diligence and self-motivation to meet deadlines
As ideal candidate you will have:

Matric certificate
At least 2-3-years previous experience form 4 Star lodge environment
Valid Drivers license
Valid RSA Id is required
Well-spoken and presentable
Must have a stable work record with solid references
Reliable, ethical, confidentiality driven, motivate, honest and passionate
Must be able to work under pressure
Good interpersonal skills and communication with staff and guests
Attention to detail
