Luxury guest lodge based in the town of Agulhas, bordering the most Southern tip of Africa, is currently recruiting for a Chef de Partie who will be responsible for dinner service for their guests.
The lodge offers a three course dinner menu that changes daily, and includes vegetarian and gluten-free dishes.
Dishes are prepared with locally sourced and seasonal produce and the menu is representative of local country cuisine with a modern twist.

APPOINTMENT REQUIREMENTS
• Completed tertiary qualification in professional cookery / culinary arts
• Min 2- 3 years previous work experience gained in the kitchen of an upmarket establishment
• Passionate about food
• Committed, reliable
• Excellent references
• Drivers License & own reliable transport

Working hours: 11h00 – 21h00 daily, including 2 lunch breaks
6 days off per month

Salary: R6000.00 – R8 0000.00 (neg) + free accommodation, meals when on duty and free laundry service
