An exciting position has become available for a 5 Star fine dining executive chef, YOU will take the helm at a New culinary school, in Botswana, Maun. Set to open early 2022.
You will be responsible for the very first intake of students, the school is committed to an intake of 120 students,
thus, you will be setting the standard of the Culinary School and Leading the culinary Lecturers.

You will have a minimum of a 3 your qualification from a recognized establishment
You will have a minimum of 15 years experience in the kitchen 10 of which as Exec Sous and Exec Chef.
You will display an Excellent Track Record
You must have some Training Experience
Some lecturing experience would be advantageous

Monthly salary P 30 000.00 P 35 000.00 depending on experience and qualifications and will be subject to local taxes. This equates to circa R42000 to R47000 ZAR depending on current exchange rates
