JOB PURPOSE
The Signa Academy Chief Executive Officer (“CEO”) is responsible for leading the development and execution of the Company’s long-term vision, strategy with a view to creating shareholder value. The CEO has a leadership role which entails being ultimately responsible for the growth, strategic direction, and operational effectiveness and efficiency in alignment with Signa culture and values. The CEO acts as a direct liaison between the Board, shareholders and management of the Company and communicates to the Board on behalf of management. The CEO also communicates on behalf of the Signa Academy to shareholders, employees, Government authorities, other stakeholders and the public.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
? Tertiary Education in
? Business degree/MBA or learning relevant tertiary qualification
? Certificate/diploma in Marketing/Sales
? Finance diploma or equivalent
? Business Development/Sales track record
? Track record in a leading an FET academic institution
? Transformation/BBBEE
? Finance
? Legal
? Managing small to medium service businesses
