CIP/LAUNCH MANAGER (AUTOMOTIVE)
Main function: To continuously reduce all non -value adding activities, all overburden and any unevenness in all the processes
• Drive continuous improvement to quantitively and qualitatively improve costs, quality & service
• Provide strategic leadership and tactical planning to ensure CI strategies are implemented and maintained
• Adopt Lean tools, Lean systems, Lean behaviours and lean thinking that will lead and support improving business results
• Be responsible for identifying OEE opportunities including tracking downtime results, improving data integrity and developing improvement plans based on the data
• Lead the cross functional launch team in the plant
• Prepare, coordinate and track timeline for launch
• Ensure reliable implementation of operational standards
• ensure technical boundaries for changeover processes
• Collect & Monitor launch budget, including actual spending and report status at monthly basis to Finance and MD
• Conduct production trials assure delivery of PPAP samples and production ramp-up according to program schedule
• Address risk and opportunities with the Program team
• EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
• Degree/Diploma in Operations/Engineering field
• Minimum 3 years experience in Operational excellence in AUTOMOTIVE MANUFACTURING
• Prior experience in welding & metal fabrication
• At least 5 years supervisory/management experience
• Solid Project management experience
• MUST be proficient in SAP/MS Office
• Good presentation skills
