Minimum requirements include a BEng/BSc or BTech degree in Civil Engineering coupled with at least 6 years' post-graduate experience in planning, design, implementation and project management of water and wastewater treatment plants. Applicants must either be professionally registered with ECSA or be in the process of registering.
