Claims Administrator – Automotive

Must reside in the Port Elizabeth area

Our client is looking for a Claims Administrator to handle the claims administration for their organisation.
You will provide risk management services to the Automotive manufacturers OEMs and their marine insurers along with in-life vehicle fleet operators.
Having a primary focus assisting the automotive manufacturing industry OEMs handling supply chain insurance claims and recoveries. The company handles the claims for damages that have occurred to vehicles that have been shipped via transport carrier (road) and marine vessels (ships).
Work as part of the Claims Specialist team, covering territorial area as first line contact for dealers and other customers who wish to register claims for damage. You will be the liaison between the 3 parties (insurance company/transporter/vehicle manufacturer OEM) making sure all documentation is collected, correct and distributed). To ensure accuracy of data is maintained and claims are registered, administered and settled within agreed time frames.

3 years + claims admin experience
Word/Excel/Powerpoint
Google and Teams
Ability to communicate via online systems to coordinate administration
