Our client an Insurance Provider is looking for a Claims Administrator to join their dynamic team. If you are a strong individual, passionate about underwriting, and very hands-on then we are looking for you.
We are looking for candidates that meet the following criteria:
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in an appropriate field
• At least 3 - 5 years experience
• A-grade average in Matric especially in Maths
• Relevant Certification
• Alladin System advantageous
Responsibilities:
• Administering of claims and opening of files
• Day to day self-management of claims
• Appointing assessor and authorising same
• Directing claims input on systems
• Ensure appropriate controls are in place for valid claims settlements
• Managing repudiations, insuring fairness and diplomatic communication
• Application of Policy terms and conditions
• Ad Hoc Projects.

Salary dependent on degrees as well as work experience.
