Claims Controller
Salary: R10 000 – R14 000 CTC
Minimum Requirements:
? Matric, a diploma or certificate in short term / goods-in-transit insurance will be an advantage.
? 2 years similar experience as claims administrator either with an insurance broker/ underwriter or transport company.
? A thorough approach to administrative tasks and a service driven approach.
? Good time management skills
? Assertive with above average communication skills and interpersonal skills.
? Good telephone manner, writing skills and well versed in e-mail etiquette.
? Computer literacy – MS Excel & MS Word skills.

Responsibilities:(Including but not limited to)
? All tasks pertaining to the investigation, processing and administration of claims.
? Open and register claims and capture detail on claims program.
? Process claim documentation and create claim invoices.
? General administrative tasks, filing and recordkeeping.
