A vacancy exists in our multi-discipline organization at Malelane Autobody (Pty) Ltd, we are looking for a young, energetic, with attention to detail Admin / Clerical employee for our autobody repair to support the Company operations with diligent financial guidance and control. The successful candidate will be primary responsible to
• Complete Office admin
• Data capturing
• Assist Management with all required administration from Sales to any operational admin duties.
• Correspondence letters, telephone calls and via email
• Answering phones
• Ensure proper filing of all required documentation, in accordance with each discipline, e,g safety file, lifting equipment certification etc.
• Keep control of all statutory and non-statutory file registers
• All other administration as and when required
