POSITION: Client Liaisons Consultant
LOCATION: Pretoria
AVAILABILITY: ASAP
SALARY: R 15 000 CTC – R 20 000 CTC + Fuel Card
Application Instruction: Open to ethnicity, but must be South African, own vehicle essential and must have industry related experience – Hygiene, pest control, cleaning industry.

Our client has an opportunity for a dynamic Client Liaisons Consultant for a company that provides Integrated Facility Management, Cleaning supplies, Pest Control, Specialised Cleaning, and Daily Cleaning services
Essential

Own vehicle, cell phone and laptop
A minimum of 2 years’ experience in the service industry is essential

Key responsibilities
· Building and maintaining relationships with clients/customers
· Conducting business reviews to ensure clients are satisfied with their products and services
· Informing customers of new product offerings
· Attending meetings with clients to build relationships with existing accounts
· Achieving client relationship targets and KPI’s as set by the Head of Sales
· Liaising with internal departments to ensure client needs are fulfilled effectively
· Base retention – attending to clients’ needs
· Weekly appointments and reaching targets as set out
