CLIENT MANAGER – IT field

Experienced Client Manager needed with strong Project Management experience in the IT field.

Our ideal candidate will come from a Managed IT and Cloud Services Consultancy background and is looking to work at a Company with bigger clients!!!

The role will include some of the following:
- Service existing clients and maintain customer satisfaction
- Determine the best solution to Client problems --- work with Engineers to do so
- Identify opportunities for additional service delivery to Clients

Essential Requirements to be met:
- Must know Microsoft’s product stack – licensing teams, Azure, onprem and cloud VERY well NB
- Must know the IT industry role players – suppliers, potential partners, competitors etc
- Must have 5 Years’ experience in Managed IT and Cloud Services Consultancy
- Minimum of 2 Years’ experience in driven project management
- Should have a good sense of humour, be personable, disciplined and build rapport with others easily
