Kontak Recruitment is currently recruiting and hiring for an experienced Client Manager required to join our clients successful Insurance team based in Sandton, Johannesburg, South Africa. As the Client Manager you will be required to manage the Client Administration function of existing clients throughout the organization.
You will have a proven track record within the insurance industry having excellent knowledge of relevant documentation and compliance processes specific to personal indemnity.

Educational Requirements for the Client Manager:
A minimum of Grade 12 or equivalent
Tertiary qualification coupled with RE5 preferred.
MS Office Suite.
3 – 10+ years’ experience in a similar or related role.
Ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of professional clients.

Duties and Responsibilities of the Client Manager:
Responsible for input into the portfolio renewal process which includes preparing pre-renewal documents.
Keeping track of renewal dates and contacting clients well before the renewal date thereby ensuring ample time for the completion of relevant documents and implementation of any changes to Client portfolios.
Responsible for maintaining and improving client satisfaction; retention; revenue and profitability.
Ensure relevant compliance/ relevant legislation is adhered to and actioned WRT all renewals.
Provide support to Senior Specialist WRT new and existing clients and their portfolios.
