Client Relations - Secunda
The successful candidate will support the implementation team to ensure project deliverables are achieved with our key clients. This person will be responsible for client support including all client queries, compiling standard and custom reports, and providing reports on progress made against project plans with clients.
The successful candidate will be:
? Computer literate - above average understanding
? Will pay attention to detail
? Be an organised individual who is solution driven and able to work under pressure.
? Excellent customer service skills are required.
Education and Experience Requirements:
? Tertiary Qualification Esssential - Administrative, HR or related
? 2 years experience in a similar role
? Proficiency in English is essential
