SUMMARY

Our client an innovative leader in Asset Management is currently looking to employ an Institutional CRM. In this role, you will work closely with the Investment and Administration Teams to manage, monitor, and maintain client portfolios and service the client reporting and queries arm of the business. You will have the advantage of touching every division in the business. You must have experience in investment administration, a keen interest in investments as well as people management exposure to succeed in this role.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Reporting Daily, Monthly, Quarterly & Regulatory
Query resolution
Monitor daily cash balances, and ensure the necessary actions are taken and perform daily cash management
Manage client onboarding process
Manage client take-off process
FICA Processing
Calculating Total Investments
Ensure all client information is up to date on the CRM system
Assist with projects and business initiatives
Updating procedures and improving efficiencies

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

Degree in Finance/ Business Science
5 Years’ experience in investment administration or client relationship management
Advanced Excel knowledge is a prerequisite
