Client Retention Consultant

Job Description:
· Have a comprehensive knowledge of long term insurance products and services in order to understand customer needs.
· Proactively maintain an excellent relationship with clients through regular contact and resolution of queries.
· Seek opportunities for cross selling and or up selling opportunities.
· Promote the company’s products and brand to clients and distribution channels.
· Complete administrative tasks in keeping accurate and detailed statistics of all communication with clients.
· Provide professional and correct advice with regards to customers about our products and services.
· Effectively establish and build solid relationships at all levels with clients (external and internal)
· Build client rapport.
· Ensure that Service Level Agreements (SLA’s) are met.
· Ensure that retention targets are met.
· Provide support to the sales consultant/s as and when required.
· Consistent communication with clients.

Minimum Requirements
· Minimum Grade 12
· Sales Diploma/Degree.
· Computer Literacy; (MS Excel, Word & Outlook).
· 2 years experience in a Client Retention Environment within the Insurance or Financial Services Environment.
· Preference would be given to candidates who have completed relevant Regulatory Examinations.
· Own reliable transport and a valid driver’s licence.
