Client Service Consultant – Stockbroking
Cape Town
Contributing to the high standard of quality of all aspects of the Stockbroker experience within the Client Services team which includes all communication between the different role players within the business.
• Manage stockbroking daily project with regards to analysis of queries, keeping abreast of issue logs and reporting it.
• Perform fee, recoveries and reconciliations for stockbrokers.
• Support for tax calculations on withdrawals and manual tax reporting.
• Identify processes in maximizing productivity.
• Present to stakeholders’ progress and analysis in a clear, structured and concise manner.
• Develop a working relationship with data providers to help improve and deliver data required for purpose.
• Perform other duties as necessary to support the overall strategic development of the tax application and other business systems in the organization
• Manage non-conformance with System Vendors and ensure prompt resolution thereof.
• Play a key role in fostering positive client relationships and the retention of clients.
• Build and establish relationships with internal departments to enhance organisational effectiveness and efficiency.
• Active participation in the business’s continuous improvement by identifying and proposing solutions to process and service-related failures.
• Matric/ Grade 12
• 1 to 2 years’ experience in the Offshore Investments environment is essential
• A tertiary qualification will be an advantage
• Proven track record in providing excellent client service
• Experience in dealing with Stockbrokers will be an advantage
• Excel intermediate level
• Strong verbal and written communication skills (English) m22.9sg
