Duties & Responsibilities:
Assisting the Client Service Team with all admin and clerical duties assigned
Assist in receiving/giving feedback from client/to the production/creative teams
Acquire knowledge of the clients’ business and assist in anticipating needs, solutions and opportunities we could tap in to
Management of client status reports and capturing key information
Proofread/review video content and other media for accuracy before going to the client
Initiate jobs under the direction of the Client Service Team
Assist in coordinating, planning and execution of activities for clients
Assist in building relationships with key clients

Additional Requirements
Maths whizz: +70% for Matric Maths (higher grade)
Computer literacy: MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
Exceptional people-management/relationship skills
Own transport required
