Our client provides funding for SMEs, helping these companies grow and succeed. As a Client Support Consultant, you will be the first point of contact when one of these companies enquires about accessing funding. You will be the person explaining the requirements, what the process is and how it works.
As the point person you will need to be able to assess if the enquiring company meets the basic requirements for funding and then getting the process started. You will liaise with Partner Managers, Operations and Credit as the client is assessed and hopefully, given the green light for funding.
You should have at least 3 years relevant customer service experience in financial services and be comfortable explaining and discussing financial requirements. A relevant tertiary qualification is essential as well as a high degree of computer literacy.
