Our client in Durban is in need of a Clinical Training Specialist for their private hospital. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and coordinating training programs, provide coaching, as well as mentoring staff.

The following requirements are a prerequisite to be considered for the position:
• B.Cur / Diploma in Nursing
• Postgraduate Diploma in Nursing Education
• Registered with SANC and registered with SANC as an Assessor
• 3+ years’ experience within Clinical Facilitation/ training
• Prior experience within a private hospital preferred
