We are looking for a dynamic developer who specialises in back-end development and is proficient in technologies like:
? Java Springboot Framework
? Cloud computing platforms, preferably GCP
? Cloud programming languages (Java, Python)
? SQL experience
? Caching experience using Data Store, eg. Redis
? Experience in Infrastructure as Code using Terraform would be beneficial
? Experience using GIT for version control and committed to doing code reviews.
It will also be beneficial to have some experience in front-end development using:
? Angular 2
? Typescript
Key Competencies and Qualifications
? At 5 to 10 years of IT experience
? An IT related qualification such as Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems,
Information Technology would be preferred, but not required.
? Advanced technical knowledge in all areas of the application programming, system design, and
update, storage, and retrieval methods.
? Experience with Agile development methodology preferred
? Analytical mindset and logical thinker
? Ability to work independently, is self-managed and self-motivated
? Ability to work well in a high-pressure environment
? Able to communicate effectively with both technical and business audiences both verbally and in
writing
? The natural tendency to take ownership and responsibility
